It is well known that aromas have the power to alter our mood. Scientists explain this fact by noting that different aromas activate different regions of the brain. In Aromatherapy, fragrance is used to evoke emotions and reduce stress.
Some of the fragrances we use at Cranbury Therapeutic Massage and their effecting properties are: Lemon, Rosemary and Lavender.
